Snap & Go strives to provide flexible and transparent cancellation policies for all our photography, videography, tour, and cab services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to snapandgo7@gmail.com
or by contacting us on our official phone numbers.

Cancellation requests are considered valid only once acknowledged by Snap & Go.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Timing of Cancellation Refund Percentage*
15 days or more before the scheduled service 90% of the package amount
7 to 14 days before the scheduled service 50% of the package amount
Less than 7 days before the scheduled service Non-refundable
No-show on the day of service Non-refundable

*The refund percentage is calculated on the total package cost excluding any non-refundable charges (such as online payment gateway fees, permits, tolls already paid, advance vendor payments, or third-party service fees).

3. Changes to Booking

Any request to reschedule or modify a booking will be treated as a partial cancellation and a new booking, subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply for rescheduled services or changes in dates, location, duration, or service requirements.

4. Force Majeure

Snap & Go shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays arising due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, landslides, etc.)

Political unrest or government-imposed restrictions

Road blockages or severe weather conditions

Technical issues or emergencies

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking or provide a partial refund, where applicable.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during booking unless otherwise mutually agreed.
